• Your name (as parent/guardian) and your child's name
• Your child's age

• Which class/programme you're enquiring about

We use this information to:

• Contact you about booking a trial class or answering your enquiry
• Manage your child's class booking and attendance, if they join
• Send administrative messages relevant to your enquiry or booking (e.g. trial confirmations, schedule changes)
• Improve our services and understand enquiry trends

We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond direct communication about your specific enquiry, unless you separately opt in.

• Our CRM/booking software provider, who processes data on our behalf
• Our payment provider — only if/when you become a paying member
